Trip to Malaysia

Just came back from my trip to Malaysia. It's just wonderful! Instead of driving long hours to my Sixth Aunt's house, my family took a plane instead! I love planes, they're fascinating. ^^ I sat by the window for both flights. We took Malaysian Airlines. The food served is not good, too spicy. The dessert is horribly sweet. Although I wanted the Kids Meal very much, I couldn't get it because my ticket was an Adult ticket. The plane landed in Penang, then my uncle came to fetch us. Finally saw my cousin again. He looks very different now because he dyed his hair red. He's only a year older than me but he's working in my Aunt's hair salon and he doesn't seem his age. He looks like he's eighteen. Seldom talk to him now because we no longer have common topics to talk about. Anyway, stayed at my Sixth Aunt's house. It's really pretty. My Grandma is an awesome cook! Ate a lot of nice food there! :) I helped her cook some dishes and make some kueh, but my kueh turned out yucky. Eww and I had to finish them all by myself. Caught 2012 as well. It's a nice movie. I think it's really meaningful. Some parts were touching, and I almost cried. The little boy called Noah is cute. After watching the movie, I have decided to save electricity, paper and water to save the Earth. I think I like little kids a lot now. Used to detest them quite a lot but now, I think they're adorable, especially my baby cousin. She's really cute because she has big eyes. :)
Before I went for my trip to Malaysia, I went for the Swissotel Vertical Marathon. It was awesome! When we climbed to the rooftop, we could see the skyline of Singapore from there. Amazingly fantastic. I love it a lot. Jogged really slowly during cool-down, went to see the War Memorial Park while jogging. The whole area resembles Shanghai a lot.
Anyway, Wushu class is cancelled today because Coach is sick. Aye. I was looking forward to it because I was supposed to get my uniform today. :( Nevermind.
I'm going to finish my Obama book review tomorrow!
Oh, and I got into Triple Science + Contemporary China Studies, Anyi is the only one with the same subject combination as me. Haha, looking forward to it! Awesome! :)
My cousin and uncle is coming to Singapore soon, that means I have to bring them around like a tour guide. Oh gosh. I hope I don't have to do it alone.
I don't understand why my cca has to write so many reflections this holiday. I have already written three and there's still two more. Oh my goodness. I hope this ends soon, seriously.

I've decided to post after remembering some funny bits from the cpr course I had with my CCA. It was fantastic. I never knew that cpr courses could end up so entertaining and interesting. We got a manikin called Mini Anne each. Yeeching actually kissed the manikin after she inflated it. She's just so animated. Haha. Then, we learnt how to perform cpr on the Mini Anne. It was super funny, thanks to the boys. The funniest was Jiajin. 100% entertainment value. After he performed cpr on the Mini Anne, he picked it up, helped the Mini Anne say "I'm alive.", then held it close to him as if it was hugging him affectionately. Super funny. I think my CCA mates are very interesting, glad to have them around! :)
I'm going to collect the racepacks with Venus and Heather tomorrow at Swissotel. Curious to find out how Swissotel looks like. Sounds like an adventure! Then, there's Vertical Marathon at Swissotel on Sunday! Sounds exciting and thrilling. Woo, I must try not to stop halfway while climbing. Then, on Monday, I'm going to Penang by plane. Yippeeeeeee!!!~ Delicacies await me both on the plane and in Penang. Yum, yum, yum.
On a side note, Cruel Temptation is nice. (I'm referring to the Korean Drama) and I think Big Bang has potential. I also found out that I am learning Wushu under 武术之家. (Haojie guessed correctly, wow) I'm happy, I think I'm very lucky. I still thought the academy I am in has no reputation. Phew. I'm going to treasure all the lessons but I'm still considering if I should get the uniform. It looks good, I'm tempted to get it but I'm still not sure how long I'll be learning. Shall discuss it with my Dad and Mum.

Chalet with 2B :)

Hello, I'm finally updating again and it's going to be about 2B's chalet. It's imperfect but still good, I guess. It wasn't really well planned but I still think that it is awesome! Daidi with 2B is fun. We played the "King, Queen, slut, asshole" version. Woo~ Wonder you invented such an interesting version. When I first started the game, I was king thrice until I downgraded to queen and then an asshole. Thanks for teaching me the game, Yunhui and Anyi! I learnt it before but I forgot how to play so I got Yunhui and Anyi to teach me. They're great. Anyway, 17th was the day I enjoyed myself the most, cooped up in the bedroom and living room playing card games. I'm not very good with the game 'Cheat'. They always manage to tell that I am cheating. Seriously. I'm also not good with 'Stress', I can't do too many things at a time. I helped to make fried rice and campbell's soup on that day. Turned out rather good. Zhiwei has a really nice guitar and I composed a simple tune but I don't think Yiheng likes it. I was so tired but I didn't manage to fall asleep so I just lied on the bed and kept yawning. Oh yes, 何师母 is such a nice person! She's very friendly and helpful. I like her quite a lot. :) I'm still wondering what she works as. 18th wasn't so interesting compared to the 17th. Woke up and watched "The land before time". Awesome cartoon, full of adventure. Used to like that when I was young. I like the little T-rex called Chomper. It's very cute! :) Then, played a game called "Little shop" on Jonathan's phone, ate my frosties and played 'stress' with Zhiwei. A very slow paced game and I won. Then, after lunch at Tampines 1, went home with Jolene, Sharon and Amanda. I was so tired that I just changed and went to sleep. Then, some weirdo called me and woke me up. I didn't pick up the call though.
I also made a discovery during the BBQ. 原来，我跟好姐学的弹腿有所不同。他学的有六路，我学的有十路。
Wushu's so interesting. I never knew that. Anyway, Haojie's been really nice. Thanks for accepting such a girly name. You're really like my sister. Having a sister ain't that bad afterall. I really envy twins. Twins are cool.
I LOVE 2B! Thanks for making the last two years enjoyable for me! Wish you guys all the best. Good luck in everything you do. I'll remember you guys so you must remember me too! :D
Hehe. We must have another chalet and insist that it must be at downtown east.

A typical Saturday

Hello, there. I've decided to drop by and write a post because I feel like doing so. Class Chalet's on the 16th, 17th and 18th of November. I'm very excited even though I can't make it for the 16th. My plan is that I will join 2B for lunch after cca and maybe checking in on the 16th but at 5pm, I will leave and head home. Then, after Amc and cca on the 17th, I will join in again and sleepover till the 18th. This sounds really exciting! Yes, yes, yes. I hope it turns out well.
Mum and Dad's in Malaysia again, a typical Saturday for me again. I don't like to join them on their trips to Malaysia unless they're treating me to delicious food. I got to eat pizza last week when I accompanied them to Malaysia. We went to a cafe at a horse-riding club. The cafe has a strange menu full of spelling errors but the food there is awesome. Someday, I'm going to buy my own horse and ride it too, just like those kids I saw that day. The horse has to be white in colour and I'll give it a really special name. I'm going to build a pet resort when I grow up. That's my current ambition. I have planned what I'm going to include in there but I'm not going to write it here. Someone might just steal my plans and carry them out even before I have the chance to do so. Today's run was not that enjoyable. My collapsing arch is causing me a whole lot of trouble. Aye. I hope it gets better day by day. After running for a year, this is all I get.

Hello. I've got nothing much to update about. I just injured my foot a few days ago and it's almost recovered, about 98% already. It's been a great hindrance to me these few days, especially when I walk and bathe. It's actually like this. I went to Malaysia with my parents and I slipped while crossing the drain because it was raining, the floor was slippery and my slippers lost their grip. So, almost fell into the drain but my dad pulled me up. As a result, got a few cuts on my foot.

If I ever get to work in the Ministry of Education, I will change cca to eca.

Subject combination for 2010

I've submitted my subject combination. After a final round of discussion with my Dad and looking through the university websites, we have decided that physics is more useful than geography and Chinese Literature. So, I have decided to take Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Contemporary China Studies. Yay! I hope this turns out good! :)

I've already thought of my subject combination. I think I'll be taking Biology, Chemistry, Contemporary China Studies and Geography. Then my second choice shall be Biology, Chemistry, Contemporary China Studies and Chinese Literature. After discussing with my Dad, I've decided on these two choices. Learnt about my Dad's past experiences in school, very interesting! I love my Dad, he's so cute and interesting!!
I'm almost flat-footed. This is bad. My feet hurts. Went to the library with Weiquan and Yiheng yesterday. Thanks for spending hours searching for chinese books with me! :) I actually walked home from Jurong Point, what a great achievement, I saved bus-fare! My nose feels kind of runny, lots of mucus. I must get chinese writing paper from the school bookstore tomorrow, I hope it's open. I need to start on my chinese homework. There's no wushu classes for me this week. Aye.

Just came back from wushu class. Wushu rocks, woohooooooooo!!!!!!!! :D Yay! I love wushu. It's so interesting. I'm progressing fine too, still need to work on my 步法. Went to the Community Centre by bus today. It was raining rather heavily, slightly more than cats and dogs. Made my way there with my trustworthy purple umbrella, haha. The other kids there are very friendly and cute too! Mum and Dad are in Malaysia now, and I'm still waiting for my dinner. I'm not very hungry yet.

2B is a legacy!

2B has been an amazing class. Much more terrific than I expected.何老师 and 张老师 are awesome chinese teachers too. Went around hugging people for the final time today. I guess if we have to part, we should part happily afterall. :) I'll definitely miss everyone and especially those sitting around me. I guess I won't be able to master split with Yiheng. I'll miss many many others like Joey, Jiemin, Angela, Yunyi, Therena, Renzhi, Minkuan, Ng yong, Yongsheng, Yeeyang, Haojie, Jonathan and also Sharon and Jolene, even though we'll still see each other at cca, as well as many others. I really hope I can get into the same class with Amanda, Sebastian, Anyi and Sinyi since we're all probably going for bsp. I hope no one ignores me when I wave to them next year. I shall be looking forward to the class chalet even though my CCA clashes with it. This is so unfortunate. CCA always clashes with activities like outings and cip :( Regine wishes to change her cca, and I understand her feelings. Hope that eventually, she'll get a suitable co-curricular activity and ace in it! Go for it, Regine. If you feel that it's what you want, strive for it, we'll always be behind you, supporting you! :D

Hello, it's been some time since I posted something here. Anyway, I'm doing so because I can't get to bed that early today. My stomach hurts. I definitely ate something wrong. Perhaps I ate too much cheese today. Visited the toilet to answer nature's call for a lot of times. Feels like stomach flu. Two days ago, I was nauseous already. Woke up in the middle of the night and I don't know why my mind was filled with images of food. It got gross and I felt like puking, so I did. I have a bad appetite recently and a cough too.
Anyway, 2B's coming to an end soon. It's really sad to part after making lots of good buddies and getting along well with them. Won't get to talk to Shikai during class anymore, no more Renzhi to teach me homework. I feel so sad. Everything's starting anew. I hope it turns out good. Will miss 2B for sure. We're an awesome class! :)
I must have a massive lame jokes session in class tomorrow, at least before 2B parts and embarks on different paths. I hope people can put their sense of humour to good use, at least for tomorrow. 2B went to Yakult Factory yesterday. I've been there thrice. It never changes. Yakult brings back good childhood memories!! Today, attended the rehearsal for the annual prize presentation. Interesting, it's the first time in my life that I experienced such a ceremony. Also, I was supposed to go for this Rulang Workshop but when I went to 3B, I found that there was no one there. I couldn't find the rest, so I went for cca instead. I can't wait for wushu on saturday. I don't know how long I can continue attending wushu classes. I predict that next year's going to be hectic. I need to go to the library to get the books I need for chinese homework tomorrow. :)

婉欣又回来了。这次决定用华文写部落格，也许可以当作练笔。最近，去了不少地方，发现了不少新鲜、有趣的东西。两天前，上了第一堂武术课！上课的时候，非常兴奋、特别高兴。教练是个十分友善的人，让人一点压力也没有，也许是第一堂课的关系。不过，我的身体还有点僵硬，隔天睡醒发现自己的背很痛。第一次的体验让我对武术存有良好的印象，非常期待下一堂课的到来！:)
上完课后就赶去了马来西亚，五姑的家。到达姑姑的家时已经十一点多了，于是就到附近吃夜宵。那里的事物还不错，可是味精太多了，我不大喜欢。听大人们聊聊，才发现小姑要结婚了。真替她开心，因为小姑常常买好吃的给我吃，也常带我到好玩的地方玩，我非常喜欢她。吃饱了就去姑姑家睡了。隔天起来，就和爸爸妈妈去吃东西、逛街、剪头发。还蛮好玩的，只不过表妹们很烦，令我受不了。就这样过了两天。

Happy Belated Birthday, Yiheng!
It was quite a nice day today because we got to do activities and stuff in school. Went for the last Peer Support Session and chatted with 1E. Ngoctam and Cheryl are seriously interesting and cute people! Haha. Their way of dancing mass dance was very unique. Then, there was the dedication part. 1E made a board for all of us and I think Gina took the board home because she's the one who has done the most afterall. :) Anyway, the games totally failed even before they started. Seriously... After that, went to join 2B in the classroom. Got back my chinese compo, rather satisfied with myself. We then proceeded to Lt1 for 'Don't forget the lyrics'. It was super noisy at the beginning and I would have appreciated it if they skipped the cheers and the 'bombing'. It was quite a success actually. I liked the korean songs. There were other nice songs that were not chosen, like Super Junior's 'Sorry' and 'Happiness'. Ng Yong is one fantastic singer. I should say that he's familiar with all kinds of English songs. It was just amazing to listen to him sing. Hao Jie entertained us with lame jokes which were rather amusing because they were lame. Then, it was 2B's turn. Chose all the Jay Chou songs. It was a good attempt even though we did not manage to complete all three songs! ^^ I shall be looking forward to the final round even though the sad thing is that no more korean songs will be sung.
Hoho, I can't wait for tomorrow. I shall try my best at training and go for wushu at 7pm! I shall take the bus there myself and not become a hindrance to Mum and Dad. Woohoo, this is like a great adventure and I can't wait for it to start. I shan't touch the computer so frequently after the end of this week. I hope the Chinese homework on Ivle turns out interesting and fun.
Added a song to this blog. It's 'Gee' by snsd. I say that it is better than 'Nobody' by Wondergirls.

Hello. I am eating my lunch while writing this. Lunch is awful today, I feel like vomitting but I shall still finish my food. Going for cca later at ccab, looking forward to new experiences today so I shall motivate myself to do well. I figured out that it's not going to bring me any benefits disliking cca so I need to wake up from all that crap. Went to visit Wufang at Cairnhill Community Centre, at Newton yesterday but sadly, Wufang wasn't there. There was only a notice board but the people-in-charge were not there. Was really disappointed because I was uber excited about seeing Wufang. Nevermind, someday, I will find another opportunity to drop by. I finished my Lance Armstrong book! It was great! I have also gotten my Wushu shoes from Gek Poh. They were relatively cheaper as compared to cross-country training shoes. I can buy about 4 pairs of wushu shoes with one pair of training shoes but anyway, really love them and I look forward to putting them on this saturday! :)
I must drop by the library tomorrow to get some books. Bye!

Happy Birthday to Renzhi!
Ahh, Renzhi's a really nice friend. I really appreciate the help she has given me. She has helped me in maths and all sorts of homework. Really enjoyed sitting beside her because she's funny and interesting to talk to :)
Anyway, we watched 'Princess Mononoke' during Lang. Arts lesson. Oh gosh, the movie was awesome, just that it's a bit too long for a movie. I like the characters and the ending part was touching, just that I didn't like the ending. The main characters should have ended up together. They could have embraced or something, rather than having the princess leaving the prince so suddenly. But nevermind, I guess Hayao Miyazaki didn't want it to become a love story or perhaps the characters did not even have special feelings for each other. Haha.
We played truth-or-dare together, over at Amanda's table. Terrific. Learnt about lots of secrets, but I won't say them out to anyone. :D
Went out for lunch with my dad after school. It's been a long time since I had a decent meal with rice, meat and vegetables for lunch on weekdays. I figured out that I need to make better use of my weekends instead of fishing in Fish-a-Fish. I shall read some nice books during the weekends and explore new places around Singapore.

Hello, I am back to post because there were interesting phenomenons today. Anyway, a Japanese family moved into my block recently. Great, they have a cute daughter who is about 10 years old. She's really cute. I just saw her on my way back home from CCA. Oh, her sister looks like her too. Ok, that was a bit random. Oh yes, Ms Foo gave me a yellow pencil today. It looks super cute because of the figurine dangling from it. When you shake it, it moves and wobbles about. Hahaha, I like it a lot and it's from Malacca. I have been carrying it around to the computer lab, toilet and the canteen. Amanda says it's going to break soon, oh dear...
Oh yes, I am going to speed up on the Lance Armstrong book. Hao Jie says I won't even last for a month in Wushu. I am so going to prove him wrong. In fact, I shall last for half a year or even more and I will make sure I will do better than him in Wushu. 真是狗眼看人低！未免也太嚣张了吧。Anyway, Renzhi's group has a nice Garfield game for flash, which is really interesting and well-drawn. That's all for now. I have saved two chocolate mint cookies for mum and dad. I hope they eat them.

I have decided to start blogging again because I think that I need something to write my thoughts in.
Hmm, I shall start talking about what we did in class today. Nothing much today, just that Zhang Lao Shi came up with many prizes and got us to vote for suitable people. Had a really hard time voting because it was hard to choose the people, can't wait for Zhang Lao Shi to reveal the results. Then, during Geography lesson, Ng Yong was apparently caught vandalizing his table and he had to clean his table with detergent. Hahaha, I hope he gets to do this again.

Anyway, I just found out that 2B doesn't have much time together anymore, how saddening. I'm sure I will miss a lot of people next year, especially those I always spent time with :( But nevermind, we'll still see one another in school anyway.

I just realised something bad when I was typing all this. I just realised that I had trouble translating chinese thoughts into English. Oh gosh, this is really bad, too much chinese influence already. Ok, I seem to keep switching topics very abruptly.

I think I shall just end off with a summary of what I have been doing the past 3 days.

Firstly, we had the carrots outing and we played basketball at the Centris, Jurong Point. It's a really nice condominium with a nice pool and a nice playground :) Had a great time with the carrots! Secondly, it's watching korean drama of course. Hahaha, but there isn't anything nice this year, nothing spectacular, so I just randomly picked one to watch and it's really good because it has quite a good sense of humour and the plot is interesting. Most of the time, no matter what drama you pick, it always ends up nice. Anyway, the show is called My Fair Lady. You can go and watch if you want to.

I don't even think I will be finishing the drama because it takes a uber long time to load, like almost 30 minutes per episode and this is extremely not worth it. Oh yes, I am going to learn wushu already. My mum and I went to visit the Community centre yesterday to get the registration done. Yay, I'm so happy. I'm going to make my holidays WORTHWHILE. I shall learn it seriously so that when I think about what I'm good at, I have another activity I'm good at on my list. Yay yay yay, the lesson starts next, next week, I'm super excited.
